Applied for the Lowes card online and was denied. They pulled Transunion.

Baddies - 2 medical collections (4 yrs & 5 yrs old)
- 3 Late Mtg payments (5 years old)

Average Age of Accounts - 88 months
I have been current on my mortgage since late 2014. I have 2 personal loans ($5K - balance $3K and $2K - balance $1.4K) that are 1-1/2 years old always paid on-time, never late.
I have an auto loan through Nissan Motor Credit that is 1 year/3 months old and has never been late (auto payments) but none of the credit bureaus are reporting it. Called Nissan and they said they have been reporting it every month. 10 days ago I sent each credit bureau copies of my payment history and proof of account and asked them to verify with Nissan and report it on my credit reports. Nothing showing up yet.
My question is how long should I wait to re-apply for the Lowes Card? I am wanting to purchase new flooring for house to get house ready for new appraisal to refinance.
