Probably a denial, but maybe not. I got the 7-10 message when I apped for my eBates, (also synch). It was a verification deal and after a quick phone call it was approved. Did your message have an application key code?

Sorry to hear about it.  When I apped, I was turned down the first time because of a verification issue that I didn't know that was the problem.  By the time I got the backdoor number and called it was too late, but I reapplied 31 days later.  Instant approval for $500.  It is up to $6500 now after 5 months.  Will request an increase in a couple more months.  I was approved with one collection still showing and 650-660 EX score.

I know this post is about 3 weeks old however did you ever find out if you were approved because when I applied for the Wal-Mart Store card I received briefly 7-10 days notice and was approved for SL $400

No I was denied, Synch hates me right now, i had about 6 Sync accounts IIB, i will try Lowes again next year

Darn I'm sorry to hear that. If it makes you feel any better I had a charge off with bank of America $300 secured card in 2013 and also had my personal checking account closed due to overdraft at the exact same time(worst financial crisis of my life) I settled for less than full amount both credit card and checking account. a year and a half latter I applied in January 2015 with already burning them i reopened the personal account and applied for the secured card. I was denied I recon and was approved and I immediately deposited $4000 did go overboard but i want to pay them back for all the damaged made. I really hope you get that card. All the best

I applied to Lowe's today and received SL of $800.  I did a chat to request an increase to $10,000 and they granted it. I tried to do the CLI button first but that didn't work.
