I thought the same but someone did post an approval the other day for $2K for the Marriott card so maybe it has changed or that was a one time occurrence.


Have a link to that thread? Maybe this was one of those situations where the person already has a lot of credit with Chase and they moved balance off another card to avoid denial? Or something weird like that? No idea! Smiley Very Happy

it was just yesterday but I think it was within a post about something else or other chase card talk.

Oh well! It's a good data point nonetheless. One day when I spontaneously obtain millions of dollars i'll be rocking that card and will get use of it...until then...Freedom! GL OP!
