I would call just to verify they have the cli request.
Yeah, I was considering that possibility since their system & offshore CSRs are completely worthless. With that in mind, I don't trust them NOT to do another HP. It took about a week for the store card CLI to show up so, I'm gonna wait till Mon/Tues
They don't have offshore cs reps.The Am Ex department is in Ohio.
When we first called the number on the back of the card, their English skills left much to be desired, there was NO midwestern accent!
