Marriott App - But Website Is Down

Was gonna app for Marriott Rewards but the Marriott site is down (not letting me log in).  Do you think that will have any effect on the app through chase?

Shouldn't matter unless there was a specific offer you were applying for through your MR account.

The weekends are maintenance time for financial institutions and so most of the site are down during the weekend.  But they will honor whatever the promotion is should you be approved.
