Many cards are backed by the same bank, so they will see internally. MAYBE... unless you are able to have the application filled out to 6 diff cards with 6 diff banks open in 6 diff browser windows and you try and hit submit all at once... Would be curious to see someone try
Even if they don't see it at the time, they'll eventually find out that they're not the only girls you invited to prom that day, so to speak.
Banks tend to be somewhat jealous. I don't see any reason to try to "trick" them with rudimentary parlour tricks. It will likely come back to bite you. If your profile supports it, there's no need. If it doesn't, then you should probably rethink your plan anyway.
It is usually within seconds.
Excluding one card I applied for which took a couple of days but the company only does manual reviews and approvals from my understanding.
