Merge HP for new app with CLI request?

There's a few HP CLIs I'm planning on doing during my next spree but I also plan on applying for a new card with the same lender:

Chase: apping for 2 or 3 non 5/24 cards and requesting CLI on Amazon and Slate

Barclay: apping for  Arrival + and 

Wells Fargo: Apping for platinum and requesting CLI on Cash Wise

Will those ^ hard pulls be merged?

The Chase double apps normally merge. Two new cards in 30 days is max for them. I can't comment on the other lenders. No experience double apping them.

Another thing I was wondering was apping for the Venture One, if I'm not approved I'll shoot for the Platinum just so I can merge to the C1 QS after 6 months to grow it, since it's one of my oldest cards. If I get the 7-10 day message on the Venture, wouldn't my Plat app getting approved deifnitely cause denial for the venture since C1 only allows 2 cards? Not sure how to approach this

No, if declined venture one, you'll most likely be declined for the Platinum as well. I'd go straight to the top and app for the Venture, not Venture One.
Combine them before AF comes up and collect the spend bonus.
