I have, I checked my reports, CK and other forms I use to check my credit. I'm really careful with monitoring, this one just so happened to be one they called me on before anything could really happen. I called my mom as well and she admitted to it, but she also admitted she was a bit confused (as she should be) when a credit card offer came in the mail, and she thought it was for her but then kinda just... went with it. I think she was confused, depressed, and she just made a really bad decision.
