NASA App

On Saturday, Feb 28th, I applied for NASA membership and had to send in proof of residence.  So I sent it in and was approved Tuesday, March 10th.  I then applied for a credit card.  

 

During the big rush with NASA, I remember everyone sharing their status updates like referred, pending, approved, funded, etc.  On my account, I can only see the application status of my shared savings account as Approved, but I don't see any status for the credit card.  

 

Where can this app status be found?  I did call in yesterday after I received the 2-3 day response, and the representative did say she saw that the CC was pending.

Thanks for the reply, Irish.  I think I've been looking there but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?

Logged in here then confirmed my security image.

Then I clicked track an application....

And I can only see my approved shared savings account.   Am I looking in the wrong place?

I called in and spoke to a CSR.  She said that I should be seeing it but for some reason there must be a glitch.  She said they also sent me a message yesterday and I have to send in proof of income.

 

Checked today.  Both membership and credit card were soft pulls...in case anyone needs to know

Figured that there had to be something wrong because that's where it shows up.  Good luck with the application for the cc
