Nobody has been able to explain the double pull. As for update, they pulled both the CC approval and the PLOC approval. Talked to them Wednesday morning and was told it was a security issue with verifying my business and my address. Wednesday afternoon, their manager of security called me and we got that all straightened out. He told me the accounts would be re-instated shortly. As of this morning they aren't, so I called again. This time they referred me to the lending department who had decided to yank them again. I'm done with these flakes.

Yeah, not good at all.  I had a hunch back when I applied for the savings acct in Nov last year and looking at their site and welcome letter. Yeah, it appears their running this operation out of someone's mom's basement -- which I know their not but with the materials given, it appeared that way.

Upon that, I've since closed out the savings acct, received my deposit in return. Done.

Sorry to hear this CAPTOOL.  I know exactly how you feel.  Last year I was approved over the phone by FIA Card Services for a 10k BofA credit card.  I was doing the happy dance all around the office.  I was on cloud 9.  Well later that evening I got a call from BofA (not FIA) and was told that my approval had been rescinded.  I was in total shock.  NASA won't go beyond the little 5k that I have with them.  I almost cancelled the card earlier this year but decided to keep it.

Holy crap,  I know it's their money, but this kind of stuff is ridiculous.  I thought synch changing my cli from 750 to 250 was bad, but dang.  I agree with you,  If their gonna be that way,  You don't need them Cap

Sorry to hear CAP - I seem to remember several months ago when everyone was getting approved for NASA they did this to several people.

that definitely is a big fat LET DOWN! They really brought you to edge with 43k in approvals to then take them away to 0. 

I think NASA is a beast that can only be poked in the right circumstances, and who even knows what the right circumstances are lol.

but there website and interface make me happy to stay away from poking around. i rather chain up my computer than get a head ache trying to navigate around that clunky beast of a site. sorry for the let down!
