Sorry if this is too old to reply, just wanted to say that from what I've read countless times, you should always ask for the max CLI (total 25k) and then take the counteroffer if not accepted. I have not been online in a few months; so if something has changed this, I sincerely apologize, but yeah, you don't want to short yourself out of potential growth by "lowballing" & only asking for a small amount.
