I think I have seen one person report a double pull. Very unlikely but as always YMMV

To be clear what is prohibited is exactly as I described' discussing freezing one or two of your reports to force a creditor to pull one that you prefer.  You are allowed to discuss freezing all of your reports and seeing if a creditor will still process your application (not usually but it has happened).  Hope this helps
