So they called me to do a is verification. I'm assuming due to the fraud alert I had on my report. They sent me a text message to verify the code word and was told I should have a decision in 24-48 hours. About 3 hours later I was approved. I don't want to sound ungrateful because I'm very happy for the approval, but the limit was $500. I call the reconn department but they said that's all they can offer at this time. My TU score is 698, 1 collection, 97% payment history. I was wondering the wait time before applying for another card? I am interested in the green cash reward.

At $500 you barely slipped in it seems like. I think that collection and 3% miss in payment history is what made them give you a low limit, but these cards grow like weeds so just keep using it and wait for the baddies to fall off your report. I wouldn't apply for another card until the baddies are gone.
