So, you're saying if I have under 4% balances on multiple cards, say like five and I am around a 718 score on all bureaus, one CO left from three years ago, income $100K+, I'm not a good candidate for the Flagship Visa Sig? I have 4 INQS TU, one this year and 4 INQS EQ, one this year. EX INQS 3 this year, 9 last year.
