NFCU CLI AND NEW CARD

I am trying to find out if you can ask for a CLI on NFCU credit card and apply for a new card on the same day.

^^^this!!! My only complaint with NFCU is I feel like they are HP crazy. I'm not overly concerned about HP's, but they seem to go a bit overboard - still better than the 3 HP's for a Cap1 new card.

What day do you count from to figure out when you can get a CLI? Is it the date that you applied for the card and was approved or the date that you activated the card? Already had 3 statements but unsure what is the 91st day because unsure what day to count from.

I believe I saw in another post that it is the date of approval (also happens to be the date the account is created).
