NFCU CLI SP/HP over the 4th of July weekend - INFO

If the SP has hit and you hit the CLI button over the next 3 days - 0% chance of getting the HP stopped if your CLI is not a SP offer.

Just spent 20 mins on the phone with NFCU. The lending team is thin because of July 4th weekend. The rep called back and was advised if you hit the CLI and it goes to review the HP will happen.

that's not really new... it's kind of who you get on the phone but i would never plan on being able to cancel.

Agreed the whole 'cancel the HP' thing being likely has been over for months IMO......

It used to be no big deal to pull it back but that definitely changed, I got burnt myself TWICE, once with a rep on the phone as soon it didn't SP I said pull, the app 'too late '

It's either
Thin staff and 'no chance ' to pull back or
Staff so quickly looked at the file.... yeah, yeah either way the days of the pull back should NOT be counted on

So I tried a CLI today and both went to review. Called in and was told the same thing. Called in again, and was able to geth both applications cancelled.Just depends on who you get, so just keep calling and trying until you get the right person.
