NFCU CLI first one!

I've had my Navy Amex card for a few years now, never asked for a CLI and it was sitting at $10K. Yesterday I asked for a CLI up to $20K and it was not instant so I assumed it was going to be denied. Low and behold I just logged in and I got a CLI to $18K!  Pretty happy with that!  I am at 4% util. I also know a couple of my current scores.  My EQ 9 on Navy's site that just updated a few days ago is a 782 and my EX 8 I know is a 749.   I dont know anything about my TU. Not sure who Navy pulls for CLI.  I assume it was just a soft pull or I would have gotten alerts and I didnt get any thus far.

Congratulations!! NFCU CLIs are soft pulls, as long as you ask online. $8K is the current maximum CLI they are giving out right now. If you have a moment, please add your data to the NFCU thread.

8K is the max cli with NAVY right now unless your cl is under 4k then max cli is 3x your cl

requests for cli made online are sp, if you call in its an hp, ymmv

a 24 - 48 hour revue when you request a cli is quite common, some people get an instant decision, ive never been that lucky

Congrats on your CLI.  Navy has been very good to me following my BK7.   Much higher CLIs than any other issuer.   Just remember to mark the date so in 6 months you can hit it again!
