So I have the NFCU Go rewards - 6700 starting CL. Card has been open for about 6months - I decided to try for a CLI for the heck of it ..I am carrying a balance @about 38% of limit - same across boards on all cards except two that are zero.
Now I requested CLI on Thursday and have yet to receive denial or approval... Tried again today thinking I must have not submitted...got same message I recall getting Thursday...CLI sent for review...
Any one have this experience before? I've been checking email and messages on NFCU to make sure I haven't missed anything but it's radio silence.

I reeaallly dislike calling customer service (for anyone) and also don't want to end up accidentally getting a hard pull.
Usually takes 1-2 days for manual review if it isnt instant.
@Learning_Tee0225 usually mine updates within 24 hours but the last time i asked it took them 5 days to approve my CLI. I would give it a few more days before assuming its a denial.

IMHO if it hasn't shown up in a day or two, it's a denial. Sorry.





























IIR I've been able to request a different amount while the review was occuring and the system approved. YMMV
Last month I converted the Platinum to Flagship rewards then I immediately requested an online CLI after the system showed my new account status. It took a couple days but the approval did go through. I noticed the change first when the credit line was increased in the iPhone app, then I received a letter in the mail.
Yeah I must be in a black hole or something . To date, there is still no response from either request...hahaha I'm not sure what to think. I would have appreciated at least a denial so Id at least know the reasoning.

@Learning_Tee0225, Send them a secure message as to the status?
Tell them you have had no response for said time, sometimes things get lost..due to the sheer size of the CU.

I have to agree with @SouthJamaica if you do not have an instant approval or hear a reply within 1-2 days it's a DENIAL...

I'd call Navy Fed and inquire as to your "online" CLI request. This happened to me on two of my Navy Cards. Requested CLIs for both cards on the same day, didn't hear back for three days.
Called Navy, spoke with a really nice rep. She placed me on hold and came back a few minutes later and adv for whatever reason, they'd missed the CLI request. It was in their system, but had not been processed. She had a supervisor review the request and I was approved for both CLIs.
Worth a shot.
