It's most likely a decline because it's to new. Should wait 90 days and after an AR.

I got that too when i submitted a max request recently. Limit increased from 15.x to 21.5k the next day.

How old was your account?

Most likely a decline, account should be at least 90 or 3 statements open to have a chance.

It's more than likely a denial for being too early , they want to see atleast 3 statements with over 90 days old .
