Navy does AR every 2 months.
Next AR is Dec but you should have 3 statements and then an AR so that's why I told you to request I'm Feb.

Is it ever automatic or do I always need to request it for a CLI?

I would say you have a 1% automatic... 99% you should request!

I tried apping again, denied. Recon'd again, denied again.

I don't get it. I've seen people with much lower scores than me get approved. I do have some 120+ lates on two student loans, as well as the collection accounts from when they defaulted, but I refinanced 7 months ago and I've been good ever since. :<

I guess I'll have to wait for the letter. :<

My only derogs are a 120 day late and the collections for it as well as 2 other collections other than that I have an excellent payment history which is crucial. My derogs are from late 2011 so they'll fall off soon they've lost most of their sting so far except apparently for another CU (that I have an open secured loan with) who did a manual review and it was "even more worrisome" that they were older and hadn't been paid. I thought older derogs carried less weight

Score they pulled was TU 649
