Thank you!
Siblings don't have to live together or have same last names. All you need is his member#
Hi, you should be able to call and apply over the phone and advise them that your brother is your sponsor and give them his name and access #. It took me about 5 minutes and everything was approved and complete. After I set up my online access I applied for their visa cash rewards card, received a 3-5 day message and was approved the next day with a Visa Signature Cash rewards $7,500 limit on 10/1/14.
Decided to take a chance and request a credit limit increase to $15,000 on 11/21 (Friday) after the first statement only. Logged into my account yesterday and my balanced had increased to $12,500....without any notice. Very excited however I did get a hard pull on Equifax, but for an extra $5000 is worth it to me (lost 1 point on Equifax for the inquiry).
Go for it and good luck!
