NFCU Personal Loan

Hello all and happy holidays.  I have been laying low from here for a while to keep the tempation down and its been working!  lol.

Anyway, I had a quick question.  When I log into my NFCU and it brings you to the accounts page, I see my checking, savings, CC, (right below CC and above my CLOC it says "A Navy personal loan has got you covered" with a link).  Is this a pre-approval?

I do click on it and it sends me to my offers page with a link to start the application.  I may be interested if this is the case.

I get the same message...and was wondering the same thing as well.

I'm pretty sure that link has always been there for me. Pretty sure it does not mean anything as far as pre-approvals go.

not a pre approval. it's marketing. confirmed that directly with a rep.
