I finally decided to push the CLI button on my Go Rewards card from Navy. I chose maximum amount instead of putting in a figure which may have not been a good choice after reading some forum posts. Anyway my first attempt timed out so I had to sign back in and resubmit the request. This time it went thru and a green bordered message popped up about a review. This occurred about 7 PM last night. The current CL is $14,400 with high 700's and 800's on the bureaus. No inquiries in past 6 months. 6% UT. Go Rewards was obtained in November 2016. The last AR showing from NFCU was February 2017.
I have went in to check the status of a credit application several times and it shows no applications pending.
Also I checked the bureaus and it does not show a pull from NAVY however I received an alert from Equifax earlier this morning showing Navy pulled a report but it does not indicate which bureau it was pulled from. All three bureaus show no pulls even after the alert came through. I thought they use TU.
I sent them a secure message to ask if the request was received and I also included my income and sources and answered the housing question in case they needed it.. I have multiple sources of income that when added together for a monthly total without explanation it may concern them so I provided the info. No response to the email yet.
With all the above said I thought it would show the CLI request pending or denied somewhere on their site. Does a CLI request show up as an application under the Navy Manage Accounts tab? Any thoughts?
I don't think CLI requests show under applications.
