NORDSTROM store card to a Regular Visa questions

Holy $hit! I just logged into my account to check my balance that I just paid off and noticed that they increased my limit to $2500 from $1500!

I got the same answer through their secure messaging - They no longer offer product changes from Nordstrom retail cards into a Nordstrom Visa card.  And my retail card has a credit limit of $5500

So are you planning on going into the store to call? When I clld them a 2nd time they told me the system is down and to try back next month.
