He probably thought you meant the annual review they do to see if they can get you a lower APR.  I'm not even sure if the workers there are knowledgable with the A/R soft inquiries that we're talking about here.  Regardless, I don't think there is any point in asking Navy.  Looks like everyone got pinged on June 30th.  I don't think they do different accounts at different times.

I had my AR as well on 6/30 and my third statement cut after that. Am I good to try for a CLI? Also what is the back door way to check equifax report?

You usually want AR after 3 statements

Dang it, when will the next AR be then??? I wonder what would happen if I gave it a try? I don't want another HP. I always PIF every month

You will either get instant counter or it goes to review.
You can try to call in instantly if it goes to review and you have a 75% chance of avoiding the hp
