Yes the card will grad after approx 13 months (if you improve your credit reports/ treat NFCU well)
I'm 95% sure it will be a HP on EQ, (most people have a HP for secured NFCU card)
I PC'd mine the day i found out it grad,
So that should answer the questions, to be honest i only did the secure card to see if it would grad. I did receive a letter about 3 weeks after it graduated saying that they were going to increase my limit to 1K (this happens if you have 1K or less), I asked for a CLI got 15k (i had another card with 20k). It was very much worth it as far as i wish i would have used them when i was actually rebuilding instead of USAA. So i would do it again, I love NFCU
I now too wish I had not gotten the USAA secured card. I didn't think I would qualify for NFCU membership but my Brother is retired Army so I used him. Just waiting to save up $500 so I can get the NFCU secured card, I think its' going to work out much better than USAA as far as unsecuring.

Hate to be a Debbie downer but I've had this card 15 months no and still is secured. I'm currently only at 15% util on it, I've used it alot and paid it off. I even got approved for a $4200 cashrewards card through them a few weeks ago, yet this card is still secured. Floating at about 670 fako currently. Boggles my mind.
Have you asked them about unsecuring it?

Same here...I hit my 13th month on Aug 27th and mine didn't graduate either. I apped for the CashRewards card that same day and got the 3-5 day msg and was approved yesterday for $5000.
@Anonymous wrote:Thanks everyone for the info! Does anyone know for certain whether they use a hard pull? Or if they might be able to use the same one from opening my account a couple of weeks ago? (It's been less than 30 days)
they hard pulled for me and my wife both. 5 or 6 months ago when I joined, they hard pulled for membership, and less than 2 weeks later I applied for an unsecure card, and they hard pulled again. They also told me that if it's within 30 days they won't do another pull, but they did anyways...and that was mine and my wife's account both got hard pulls for seperate cards. I applied for secure cards for myself and my wife two months ago, they hard pulled for both of those....so I wouldn't trust the 30 day thing and they definately will pull if it's been longer then 30 days...
