Hello! I have a quick question. Are CLI's limited to once every six months across all accounts, or is it per account? As an example I got a CLI in August for my cash rewards card, but I'd like to get one for my Amex now if possible.

@AllZero, Super Soaked Stoked .. Qualify for (2) CLI's around Dec 15th.
Platinum & Flagship (Possibly MR too, but will hold off for a bit on that one.)
Now just gotta remember the exact date @Anonymous told me
If anyone doubts "His" value? ... just don't!
Saeren has helped Me tremendously, and is greatly appreciated.
Would also like to thank @Anonymous & @AllZero
and @Anonymous , when not so busy
Many others have been a great help, sorry if you were not mentioned.

@M_Smart007 Youre always welcome!
That's exactly what I do! My second card has cl continued to grow because it started off high but the second card was slow. Yesterday I requested a cli on my second card that had a 26k limit and it was raised to 29k. I decided to try to get my first card with a limit of 15.5 to make my second card and to my surprise, it was approved!!!! I went from 15.5k to 29k! I couldn't believe it I had to keep checking both accounts just to make sure I wasn't going crazy!

Congratulations on your CLIs! I believe this is the first reported CLI over the current $4,000 standard CLI. Job well done.
@Washin17 Was this first card CLI done recently?

Yes, you broke the $4k barrier. Nice!
What are your scores like these days?
I have a theoretical question.
I may try again for my third card as my TU 09 has increased to 691. I have an excellent nearly 5 year NFCU history.
If I do go for it and get approved for a nice SL, Can I transfer some of that CL to my Flagship despite having gotten a CLI on the Flagship 60 days ago?
If I go for it and get a smaller CL, could I transfer most to another card like the FS and then close the new account later in the hopes of getting a larger SL after my last derog drops on TU? I guess the question comes down to if you can close a 3rd card and later get a new 3rd card???
Or should I wait? It seems Navy is handing out large lines currently for high 600 scores.
DP's: 10 total TU INQs, 3 in the last year. Latest new account nearly a year ago. One nearly 7 year old CO remains (was 9)
