That's it! Your image search skills put mine to shame. Thank you for making my sig better.
I put it right next to the Navy card for which I am contemplating a CLI. (It's cool Mods, we're on topic!)
Awesome, @Curious_George2! You're welcome! And just a momentary OT for Navy ... Lol

To be honest, I found it inside a larger image and had to do a little photo-editing to create the card by itself. But it didn't take long and I enjoy doing it. I'm glad it enhanced your siggy!
ETA: Cool, I see I'm even credited in your image source now! Lol
Just don't stray too far off topic. ![]()
Happy New Year Everyone!
I have Navy question for you all. I had 2 cards at 180+ days since their last increase so I decided to ask for CLI's.
On Friday January 1st I asked for an increase on my Amex card. The CL is $16.5K and I asked for $36K. I am still waiting to get an answer about this and it seems like a long wait. I was thinking the answer must be a no since I haven't heard anything in 4 days. I was worried that maybe I had reached their internal limit. But then I thought maybe it's because I asked for $36K they want POI and that's what the slow down is. I decided to try my other card and ask for $25K instead. I got an instant increase of $4K to bring that card to $14K. So what do you think do you think? How long does it take for them to send POI requests? I'm afraid to call or message because I don't want to unlock my reports again right now.
Typically CLI's have been capped at $4K since early last year. In many cases, you won't get an "congratulations your CLI has been approved" email and instead it will simply show up online as your available credit increases...on that date it was approved...which make look eschew from your total credit limit and then overnight, it updates and your new CL will appear.
Use their online app and check your accounts to see if they've been processed. I don't have a good answer on "how long" or "what if it's been x days and I haven't seen one yet" so perhaps another member can chime in.
Yes I know about how to look for an increase approval. That's how I knew the request I made today was approved (instant). I'm wondering why I haven't heard anything about my Jan 1st request.
@Hex Many times when that happens it's because the time hasn't been calculated correctly and perhaps the request is a day or two too soon. Other than that, it could be a no go but since you got the CLI on the other card after, maybe calculate the date and try again? I don't think a POI request would take longer than a normal CLI approval.
My fingers are crossed that maybe you were just a day early!!
Unless I recorded the wrong date (July 1st) it shouldn't have been too early. I suppose that is remotely possible. Does anyone know how long it takes to hear if it's a denial for too soon or for other reasons? Will I need to wait for a letter in the mail?
Pretty sure this belongs here as many have used it in their quest for new cards...
Does the NFCU Pledged Share Loan (SSL) report to all 3 CRA's or just TransUnion?

When I spoke to them about it a couple of months ago, they said it's all 3.
@Hex It can be 7-10 days with 4 being a starting point and you have to think too right now everyone is freaking out over the Stimulus check so the banks are all backed up. ^^ I'd give it a day or two more
