DW nrewards graduated to cash reward today after 6 statements. Went from 1k to 2k limit. Immediately applied for More Rewards and got 5300. Also asked for CLI on graduated card but no response yet.

I use the More Rewards as a daily driver, works great for my situation. Hopefully yours as well!

I'm pretty sure Navy considers the graduated CC as already having a CLI now since it was raised by 1K.

Most likely have to wait 181 days for next CLI.

Not a new account or nothin' but after my CLI last month now NFCU sent me a letter dated on February 8th that I've been upgraded to the Signature Visa version of Cash Rewards. 🤔

Hi! Congrats for the approval and CLI. I am planning to apply for a third card from NFCU. I am not sure what is my chance to be aprpoved. However, I did submit a pre-qualify query and the website listed out all their available cards including the two I already have.

Current balances are:

Flag ship 2500/25,000

Platinum 2500/25,000

The two account should be paid off in next few days since they are still being processed from the scheduled payments. They were both near 30% at 7K / 25K and 7.2k / 25K earlier today. 4 EQ HP would be dropped from Feb 23rd to Mar 1st.

NFCU score on file is 770 (Fico 9, EQ). I am not sure what are they look at during application. On File score or new pull from current scores of 790 EQ (but Fico 8). 789 TU and 765 EX as of today.

Still reading through other people data points.

With your stats i feel you would be good to. Dont overthink Navy. Do and do is my philosophy.  Sometimes people want to over analyze  things but Navy is as much a mystery as Discover  despite some rules that can be discerned such as 91/3 and 6 months.

Thank you Sir. I will wait until 23rd or Mar 1st once a new scores coming out. 4 HP points from EQ would be dropped Sometimes I am still not sure if NFCU ordered new report everytime or using the on file score. Last time I checked they were using on file score(s). Anyway, I will post it here when I apply. This thread really provides a lot of good information.
