For example if you applied for a card on 4-14-2021 and your payment is due by april 29th 2021 and your cycle ends on may 4th 2021, how do you start calculating the full statment and 91/3 rule?
Thanks for your help
Personally, I would start counting 91/3 from May 4th 2021
Would ask/apply on August 4th 2021 ... to be on the safe side ... JMHO
That works thanks for the help. Its so much to keep up with you guys are great!!

From posts I've read a NFCU full statement is one that contains 25 or more days. With that said you definitely can't go wrong doing as suggested above starting the count on May 4th.

Hey myfico
I keep tossing around my plans on what to do with my NFCU PLATINUM and a second card app... My scores on my rebuild are up above to 700-710 range on my tu9 and eq9... My 91/3 is coming up...and my plans were to App second card and ask for CLI on my first(3k CL)...in May and hoping to CLI again in Dec.
But i pushed a bit on my first cards to increase my over all CL...I have it at 15k over 6 cards and 1ssl loan(NFCU)
My highest limit is 3k (NFCU PLAT..5.99%)
BUT i have 11/6 inqs...
Should i stick with plan or wait until 6 month point and let those inq age a bit...in August...then go for second and CLI...then in Feb...i want my limits as high as i can by 1/22 for cushion for new business start then..
I think i already know ..slow and steady wins the race...but little bursts of speed along the way can be helpful also.. Please your thoughts

I told her to request a CLI on that one.
They gave her a $25k SL 5.99% on the Platinum and raised her Cash rewards to $10k.
She added $29k in available credit with Navy in one day.
She has one 30 day late CC payment still reporting on a goof
up from 1.5 years ago.
Scores are in the 740/750 range.
Congratulations to DD! Awesome approval.
Best hopes in keeping 💯 payment history moving forward!

.. She has a great coach
...and that is a huge positive when learning about credit! 👍
@Gmood1 , glad to hear she's listening to her dad on this credit stuff - big congrats to her and to your mentoring ![]()
Definitely don't miss an opportunity on cli every single time 91/3 arise CLI soft pull 4sure they can only give it to you or not.. but i agree you definitely need that 1 big card finally. I would pre qualify and if all cards jump up app for the green cash rewards.. make sure all balances on other cards is at 0% use household income and apply. if big limit pop up great if $3000 or something like that pop up reallocate the $3000 to your platinum that would leave your platinum at 10k.. 91/3 after that should give you the 15k-25k. good luck
@Anonymous wrote:For some reason i really believe having $0 balance when requesting an CLI Means something... i'm on my 3rd CLI and it's been 3 Covid-4Ks back2back after getting the dreaded 24 hours review message.
BTW I did all my request late at night..
Amex more rewards $33,700
Cash rewards $49,000
Reallocated to leave room for another card after i purchase my home.
@Anonymous
I may not be caught up on the latest post in this thread but I certainly am confused.
Your limits exceed the $80K for personal unsecured exposure on two CC alone.
I can see that you have made a reallocation after a Flagship approval but are your other two CC older than a few years old... as in before they began the 80K unsecured exposure limits.
Can you add more detailed insights
Foremost, congratulations on your feat! 😃
I was thinking of performing the same maneuvers later this year but did not see any successful DPs pertaining to these actions until your recent post. Any further and detail info you will be willing to provide is appreciated!
Thanks for what you have already share with the community!

You do not need Azeo to get a Navy approval or a cli with Navy Fed. I agree If one is eligible to apply, whether it be 91/3 or 6 months have passed, one should go for it as not much to lose if they say know. Navy will let you know if they need to pull your credit if you have all 3 locked.
