Navy Federal - Transunion FICO version for CLI and additional card

Anyone know what version of FICO score  (Transunion) Navy Federal uses with their internal score for CLI or new cc application?

Current thought around here is that they have switched to 9 possibly

NFCU $60.4k/PenFed $22.5k/Commerce $15K/53 $11K/Synovus $14K/BBT $11K/CapOne $12K/DCU $7.5K/BMO $7.5K/Chase $14.5k/Cabelas $10K/ and many many more!
Total CL $398600, plus car and RV loan.
Ooh. Ooh. Getting closer to that $500K mark!

This is confusing to me because if they are using Equifax to provide members their credit score then why aren't they just using that?

Different products and underwriters.  I know they use Equifax FICO 5 for the CLOC...and applied for the Cash Rewards in 06/2017 it was Transunion.

I was approved for a second card(platinum) and CLI on 8/25.  The letter I recieved in the mail still had thier Transunion 100-450 range score.  My instant CLI was based on the last AR's Equifax FICO 9.
