Keep checking your app/online portal to see if your CL changes. Sometimes it happens overnight/without any warning. Either way, please keep us updated.

Under reveiw with NFCU is not necessarily a negative. All of my cli's with them went into 24 - 48 hour reveiw and all were approved.

And all we we're trying to do is help. Too new for a CLI mean to early on new accounts. Then you try again and get approved, but what do we know.
