Fiancé approved for secured card 7 months ago, hasn't graduated. Unfortunately took a chance and applied for CW card and was declined even after recon(doesn't qualify for unsecured card yet) so I know we need to wait to to graduate at this point, once it does should we apply right away for second card and CLI? Just looking for best options
