Nebraska Furniture Mart

I just applied online for a Nebraska Furniture Mart CC and got the following message:

"I’m sorry, we have encountered a problem with your application. The Credit Application information you have entered will not be saved. Please contact Credit Service for assistance."

Does that mean I was denied?  Or something went wrong online?  BTW, which set of scores listed below will they use to determine acceptance or denied?

Sorry I can't be much help...when we got our cards, you had to apply in the store.

They pulled Experian 08 for both DW and I.
