Need CC with NO credit score that Reports Fast!

This question is for a client of mine who is trying to buy a house. He has a credit history but no trade lines on it now. As a result, he has no score. A simulator showed that one CC with a small balance would get his score up for a mortgage. (No judgements here, he has 20% down). He did have a score on one bureau a few months ago but hat trade line must have fallen off.

So I need to know which CC he can get that reports to all 3 bureaus within 2 weeks (sooner the better). It can be a secured card. Something that can be used before reporting to bureaus so a small balance can appear.

Credit one actually reports fast. A secured card would report but funding source lags by a week or more so if time is issue that may be a concern.

The fastest reporting I have had was Synchrony they reported one day after application and approval.

This is tough. The fastest CC that reported for me was my Sam's MC. I applied for membership, went home and set up my Sam's online account and was able to apply for the credit card. Not an instant decision and it took a couple of days to process. I got an alert one day of an inquiry and a new account. I was approved for the MC version for $3,600. They could try apping for this CC but don't know the chances of getting approved or getting stuck with a low limit store version card.

Fastest reporting cards are Synchrony and Barclays. Less than a week.

Now which one for approval with NO credit score or for a secured card. Really he only needs a $200-$100 card...BUT it has to report a small balance at same time. (Card fee maybe?)

I'm sorry I missed the no score part. He cannot get card with either Synchrony nor Barclays with no score. And even if he got a secured card, it would take 6 months of that account reporting to generate a Fico score.

The lender ran a simulator and it showed it would be immediate for him. He has had credit in the past, just nothing on there to generate right now.
