Thats a good percentage DJ, stick with works. Best Buy/ Citi is kinda weird. I burned Citi in my bk but when i applied for BB got the $2000k approval with choice of store or visa, viss duh, wirh my bk still on report. Ill tell one thing sometimes when you call for a cli they want a 10 page account on why you want more. Good luck if you decide to recon
I know citi has a long memory but still, at this point you were 9 yrs post BK, Am I correct Joe?
I've considering Best Buy card for a while.....Going on close to 5 yrs post BK.
OP have you tried applying in the store? I got approved in the store back when my BK was still showing along with unpaid collection and 2-year-old late pays.

No I haven't.... didn't want to get denied in person. Lol. #Embarassing!
I've heard that an applicant is more likely to get approved in the store. If the recon does not work for you, try applying in the store. When I applied in the store, it pulled TU only (if I remember correctly) and my TU was about 670 (if I remember correctly). The cashier who inputted my information seemed to care less if I was denied or approved; therefore, don't be scared to apply in person.
