Need help strategizing a capital 1 CLI, help!!

Hi MyFico Community, 

I need help strategizing a plan to receive a cli when the time is due. I opened the card 2 weeks ago.

My questions are:

1. What kind of usage does capital 1 like to see? Heavy or lite, or what %?

2. When can i submit the request?

Based on what I've read here, Cap1 likes heavy usage and PIF. For CLI request, you can only get one every 6 months after successful CLI. The more you use it, the bigger they give you CLI on your 5th or 6th statement (I forgot). Some did request a CLI on their third statement.

Current limit $750. So should i use like 700ish and pif every month?

Ok so for me after i made the payments on time my increase was 500. I didnt ask for one until this past summer and kept getting denied for not using enough of current limit. So I started using my card more oftenand used about 22 to 25% of limit and in August I had about 22% payed it in full and following day after payment posted I requested and they gave me an increase of 2000.
So heavy use and pif.

Use the blank out of it. PIF each month. Maybe do a couple fill it up and PIF each month after CS.. Then hit em up after CS steps is given to you. Been thru 5 cards and kept 3. Its seems to work the best. They make more $. They give your more money to spend. Good Luck!

Is a CLI a soft or hard pull with CAP1 ?
