New CapOne CLI Response

I had a balance transfer I was paying off on my Quicksilver card.   Basically, I was paying about $400/month so that I would be at $0 before the 0% promo ran out.  My last two CLI attempts on this card resulted in "Average monthly payment has been too low."  Okay, whatever.  5x minimum too low.  Sure.

Anyhow, just tried again and got a completely new response from them.  "A credit limit is currently not available upon request because Capital One is evaluating account activity at assigned credit limits."

Granted, I haven't given it any swipes for the past year, but that's because it was on a BT.   Guess I'll end up just rolling it into my Venture next month after I get the $0 statement.

Lol @ CapOne or Amex when they give that excuse. Happened to me with Amex even pif etc.

I got the same response even though I have paid this particular card in full every month since I got the card 3 1/2 years ago!  I called customer service to ask them about it and the guy goes "I might have some good news for you" and then transfers me to the automated CLI thing that asks the exact same questions as the online CLI request but takes 20x longer.  Then I get the same response, 10 day message and a document online saying my payments have been too low......on top of that they say I have no cards eligible for combination for no apparent reason.
