Wow that is not correct at all , I'm a Stay at home mom and they accepted my Fiance's income as my own bc we share joint bank accounts. You need to send a message to speak with someone else about this matter .

I'm confused about how difficult it has been to get credit from NFCU myself. I'm having to jump through rings of fire to get a credit card. I had no idea that my credit/financial profile was so unacceptable.

Oh well...each application is a unique experience with a unique set of circustances, so I'll keep on batttling.

I'm marching on to 720's across the board with or without NFCU.

That's right and good for you , my fiancé and I have had nothing but trouble every since we opened our accts with them . Sorry your habing so much trouble getting credit with them .

so when i applied 2 weeks ago, i was preapproved for 5k CLOC, then they requested a BUNCH of docs, POI, W2/2015 tax return and bank statements. i provided them with everything and then i got denied for the CLOC

i'll try again in a few months. at least i have a 3200 cash rewards card with them.

Wow that's so crazy !! What was their reason for denial ? Idk wth is going on with Navy Fed lately it seems like they don't know how to handle the massive influx of new members and some ppl are just getting tossed to the side 😢
