New application after Barclaycard

A few new cards wont cause a sweat with barclays. I think i got like 12 within a year of getting my barclays. most they ever did is deny me a cli at about a years mark

   13 cards / share secured loan / auto loan after barclay... no problem yet - no CLI

    (was actually 9 cards and loan in 6 months)

    but i do remember posting the same worries here myself

I wouldn't worry about it.

The adverse action from Barclays would only happen if you went on a total spree, and even then it's rare.

Youll be fine. I opened 17 cards all at once barclay i did first. Never heard anything from them lol. I now have 28 and 2 more on the way....i treat barclay very well. I use it heavy and PIF.

Hi everyone! My very old post from August some how got bumped. Since it's here, I might as well update. :-) I have the Venture, Quicksilver Visa, and Victoria's secret CC since opening Barclays. They have left me alone. Hoping for an auto CLI next month! I actually like Barclay and am happy to stick it out with them. I did notice they've been pulling my credit reports often. SP. They're checking up on me! Lol :-) I don't live in fear of them and if you're thinking about getting a new Barclaycard and are worried about AA I wouldn't stress, unless you're planning on going cray cray lol
