I've read here that Nfcu cli is a soft pull, but this language was there and was hoping they didn't mean a hard pull.

The disclaimer is there because there are instances in which a [permissible] HP can occur, such as when discussing or processing a CLI request with an agent.
Otherwise, if you submit the CLI online or via the the mobile app, then it should be SP based on most reported experiences. Mine were all SP via online or the app.
Went for it, said all cli take 24 hours and is under review. I think it's going to be a hard pull.
I just checked my fico 8 scores Eq 752/ Tu 740/ Ex 761and fico 9 scores Eq 742/ Tu 733/ Ex 750.
I only asked for $3000 and it's at $7000 now, it may be time to garden.

They always go under review - means nothing. Just check your account every few hours (it's rare to receive any sort of notification) - If granted, you'll see the change in your available credit first and the limit will update when the system does its nightly update.
Good luck!

Imo don't leave credit on the table, ask for max and let them counter if the approve. Navy is currently giving out max 8k on cli request
Thats just standard language they legally have to put in there, most DP's point to a soft pull there.
It was a denial, not sure why. Maybe they're are not up to date or use old CRs. I'll wait for the letter and proceed from there. It was a soft pull.

DW didn't listen to me when she was wanted a CLI on one of her NFCU CCs, and she called it in, got denied, and got a HP. ALL My CLI requests have been done online/PC and all were SP.

Your screenshot doesn't help much. We'd need to see balances and such as well.
