so yesterday i received a pre-selected offer for wells fargo reflect CC with my exact interest rate if i choose to accept offer, so my question is, is this a sure thing or what do you think community?
I'm not sure anything is a "sure thing" these days, but it was once believed that a fixed APR% gave you a better shot at getting approved than an APR% range.
