Hello - if I was turned down for a NFCU cli. What are the chances of getting another CC through them? @Creditaddict might be able to answer this one

If your BK was only discharged 14 months ago, I think it would be really 'iffy', since I have read of folks with similar profiles who still have a secured card with Navy. 

You can try, but if they are turning your down for a CLI I would think that a second account with the still-fresh BK would be a stretch.

Just my 2¢.

CLIs don't directly impact new apps but, if a BK is fresh, you always risk the denial. also, what is your current limit? that plays a part too. not to discredit CA but more people know a lot about NFCU than just him lol.

Just as a data point I was declined a increase on existing card then instantly approved for 9500$ on another card.

Honestly Nfcu has done a couple of things that people on here say never happen like instantly approve me for 2nd card

there's only one person i have seen that said it "never happens" and i called him out on it. i got an instant approval on my second card.

I was denied a cli, and then denied a 2nd app and they said if my increase was denied they wouldnt recommend apping for 2nd card as if I could get more credit with them my cli would have been approved. grrrr..  I waited for the AR and got my cli that way. But still scared to go for a 2nd card again lol
