Received my cards today and called Credit Solutions to ask for 5k CLI on each card and after a few minutes on hold the results were NO. :-(

You'll eventually get an increase. For me chat worked, when credit solutions did not. Just try again within a month. I waited 3 months from Nov. to Feb., then the train kept rolling for all my Sync cards, Walmart (800-3500), Amazon (700-3500), BP (500-2500), Lowes (300-5000). They might want to see some usage or age on the cards. Except, for Lowes, I used the other cards, leaving small balances. Lowes, I never used at all.
My other Sync cards such as CarCareOne, Chevron, and Toys R Us, were all recently opened, but declined for a cli, because it said not enough experience with the current limit. So my guess it is an age thing.
I am curious to see if the letter lists age or lack of account history as the reason for the denial.
Make a few purchases..even small ones. Wait till the statement cuts. PIF the day after the statement cut date, and call the next day. They will probably do it then. Trust me on that
It it seems that on SOME cards in SOME cases it works this way. Same issue with my BP Visa, and PPExtras MC. 2 days after the statement, with PIF, no problem...

Thanks for the suggestion, I will give that a try :-)
Are your scores above 700? If they aren't I wouldn't bother since that's part of their criteria.
My Amazon account was one month old, when they raised it to $3500 score was 650. Then once score reached 680,rasied it to 6k...I don't think time plays as big of a role as score...
My 2 cents...

My 2 cents...I'm not exactly what makes Synchrony tick as far as CLI's go...
Score plays a big part of the CS luv game. before my TU was over 700 especially in the 650-660 range, CS wasnt so nice. but once you get above 690 the immediate CL sucess seems to kick in pretty easily.
Certainly Score Is Primary Factor In Any Credit Situation, But If Your Score Is Good Enough For Approval, Then Account Use/Pay Should Be A Factor As Well. I Have Grown Comenity Card CL's Like Weeds Over The Last 2 Years, If I Am Ever Denied Account History Since Last Increase Is Usually The Reason & Typically A Few Payments Later I Get Another Increase....
I Tried And They Said No, So I'm Fine With Waiting A While And Trying Again.
