No Luv(CLI button) BOA CLI

Hello, had BOA for 6 months and do not see a CLI button.

No late payments and uti is 9%.

Never saw the option online but have read that it pops up when it's eligible. My husband actually never saw one on his and had to call and he had his for over 13yrs and was approved for a CLI.

What are the odds of calling and getting an increase if the option isn't avail online?

Every customer is going to be different, but it doesn't hurt to try. From what I have read online, BoA started doing soft pulls for CLIs, but I would confirm with the representative when you call. The worst they can say is no.

Keep in mind, I was counter offered a lower limit due to 'economic trends' among other reasons. BoA might be trying to keep their risk low. YMMV.
