I called my Nordstrom account this morning and got an auto CLI from 5k to 6k (I re entered my income online before I called. It seems like this trick works pretty consistently for me.) It was my understanding that the Visa upgrades have died out unless you receive an invitation but I figured what the heck, why not ask. I spoke to a rep and he told me my limit qualified me, put me on hold, and came back with unfortunately we can’t offer you a product change at this time and I should receive a letter explaining why. The last score refresh I had was EX at 672 and I’m currently carrying a balance so I’m guessing that’s why, but at least it seems like you have the option to request an upgrade again!
