Not Happy with ATT U-Verse

Transferred our U-Verse from my partners name to mine yesterday as we have DirecTV also (in my name) and if you link the accounts you get another $10 off the ATT bill.  I had to call in yesterday during business hours beause over the weekend the supposed SP only failed on EQ... the rep said it was no problem and never mentioned anything else about credit or pulls and completed the switch.

Today I get alert HP on EX!!!

Mind you are U-Verse is $23/month on Auto-Bill to credit card and with the $10 discount it will be $13/month on Auto-Bill and they took a HP!  Credit needs to be drastically reformed for INQ's, that's just stupid for utility services.

That sucks.  As much as these utilities cost anyways it's pathetic that they do hard pulls for stuff like this.

we have some 50% discount program to take it from the full price $46 month. I raise hell every year for the big new customer discounts.

T-mobile did the same to my wife. She was told it will be SP. She asked them 3 times standing in the store and the lady said yes it will be SP and we never do HP. But then it was a HP!

I still can't get over $23 per month. I got burned out calling Comcast every 6 months and i think they got over me calling since they call my bluff now. At least they're more flexible than Comenity
