@randomguy1 I'm not sure on which one he first applied for but I do remember it was 300 CL to start and when he upgraded in the time it said it went up to 500 now 
I'll see if I can look up which one he first got to see if that will help and I do agree there is no rush as one of the MODS stated, but to me if you can do a good foundation then you may have better shots but that may be just my thoughts. I have played around with my own credit for the last 2 years doing some very stupid things and some that were more strategy of course, but I did up my points almost 200 points in under a year so YMMV of course but if you can avoid the OpenSky why not!? Just my thoughts ^^ You can also do your prequal for Cap1 to see what they say too so that way you aren't shooting in the dark (I can't remember if you said you did that first in your OP sorry)

The secured cards are getting one CLI typically but it isn't a graduation until they move you onto a non-secured card. At that point, you would get your deposit back.
@Anonymous and @randomguy1 I found it my Post from his upgrade lol. I hope this helps so it looks like he started with the Plat with a 300 CL they gave an Auto increase to 500 in under the 'recommended time' then at the time to Ugrade he was able to do so into the QS. I hope this helps and as always YMMV. So my DH and I sat down yesterday after his card upgraded on it's own to 500 after 3 or so payments (mini victory) to try the PU link and see if he can get the QS and......APPROVED literally instantly. Same amount which I figured since it did upgrade on its own from the 300 to 500 but at least now he can get rewards so I got a ty for helping out and now I want to TY ALL for helping me to help him haha! So WOOT WOOT and a THAAAAANKKKKK YOU!!!
