Odd Paypal Credit possible denial ? Need help

So I applied for paypal credit to buy a laptop on ebay. I got a weird message saying something like I couldnt be approved due to possible mismatch of information on my account ? I called paypal they have NO clue. I called comenity @ 800-303-1368 and they made me leave my name and number on a voicemail ?

Really ? Does anyone know who to call or what to do ?

I have no clue who to call. Was there a number on that message you received? If you can't get anywhere with the number you called already, then wait until you get the denial letter in the mail, and hopefully it will have contact info on it.

Is it possible you mis-typed something on your app? Is the info from your app the same as what Paypal has on file (and the same as what's on your credit reports)? Did you move recently and the address hasn't updated yet?

PP credit security number is 1-888-361-0687. And this is just the beginning of the madness. I know someone personally that has had their pp credit closed twice for trying to buy something for $100 or less with a $900 limit their security is very very sensitive long story short you should get ready to call them every time you wanna make a purchase

It's almost 2 weeks and no letter of denial ? Yet they pulled my credit ! What should I do ?

Call the number I gave you never call pp they are no help. My friend entered his last 4 when opening pp they wanted income proof, he did it again and was instantly approved. The hours of operation are 9am to 10pm for the number I posted.

That certainly isn't the case for everyone.  Ive used PP credit about a hundred times and have never had to call them for any charge and I've charged over $2K several times.
