Have 2 accounts already with Cap1 

Qs $4500 a little over 4yrs old, originally a Plat Never late.

Has a 0$ bl 

Qs1 $2750 a little over 3 yrs,  1 30/60 day late around 30 month's old never late since... 

Has a $1600 bl, put a lot of spend on card this past month.  Because increase due, Statement cuts on 5th of this month.(Will PIF account) 

Haven't apped for 6 month's

Pre-qualifier never works for me...  BTW

your scores are higher than mine when I apped back in 10/2015 as was approved for 10k, BK7 discharged 12/2014-FYI

You have a pulse so that should suffice given some of the limits I have seen posted in relation to their scores.

I would say you're good to go. Nothing ever comes up on their pre qualifier for me either. I cold app'd in December instant denial.

I cold app'd last night got an instant approval of 15k.

I think you're fine with those scores, even with that 50%+ util on one card you should be fine for 10k (NO WHAMMY's)
